Czech Pilsner

Well, working on beers for the brewery. I decided that a Czech Pilsner would be a good addition. So, decided on the proper base malt, hops, and a good lager yeast.

Brew day went quite well. 90 minute mash and hit expected Gravity. A nice 60 minute boil with hop additions. Ran the wort through the chiller to get it down to the proper yeast pitching temperature.

Now it is fermenting at 55 F and the yeast are really having a feast. Vigorous activity.

After fermenting it will head to the Lager tank for a few weeks.
